How do I place an order?

The easiest way to order is by using our Equipment Hire button which will request the date of the event and if you require delivery.

Alternatively, you can email with the dates required and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do you charge for delivery?

30 mins from Tocumwal - $150 delivery & collection

1 hour from Tocumwal - $250 delivery & collection

2 Hours or more from Tocumwal will be quoted individually.

Can I choose specific items from the hire trailer?

The hire equipment is packed into a trailer and it’s all or nothing. We have priced it so reasonably, that you can select the things you need and leave the rest on the trailer and you will still be under budget!

How far in advance should I book?

You’re welcome to book as far in advance as you like. Wedding season (September to April) is particularly busy, so we recommend booking in advance.

Can I pick up my hire equipment myself?

Yes! Our equipment is all packed neatly into a custom-built trailer for ease of transport. You can collect from us or we will deliver for a fee. Delivery & collections are to be arranged at a specific time available between Friday 9am-7pm. If you need to change your delivery or collection time, we require 48 hours’ notice.
